Being Taught From My Betting Failures

First to explain why I write this article. I have been betting on the net or at a brick and mortar betting houses for many years. I have learned, the addiction can grab a hold of you and you will not even notice it until you are flat broke. Particularly if you are on a winning run. I have gone through countless thousands of dollars in only a short amount of time and to this day on occasion, I will go a bit too far. It appears you are just having fun until you decide to pay attention to your squanderings and the guilt sets in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can earn it back" constantly. It does not works. Then you feel sick in your gut and the harder you try the quicker you are deprived.

When you see that you are up, remain on the UP! When you begin to be beaten, don’t say to yourself, "well just maybe just one more" and again and again, believe me, this plan hardly ever operates. Say you are betting on slot games, have an amount set to the side prior to starting your action. DO NOT exceed that limit, no matter how appealing. If you happen to succeed, put that in a separate canister. Do not spend your profits no matter what. As soon as you have gone through your original set limit, bail out. Head out, regardless if it’s online or at a land-based casino, don’t stick around. Always keep in mind, there is going to be a different day, another time.

Always remember, gambling should be FUN not exhausting, sickening work! If you are not having fun yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcan’t afford the loss, do not even start.
